Client satisfaction is our priority. We build in revision rounds at key milestones and maintain open communication throughout. Our process is collaborative, ensuring you’re involved and informed at every stage. We don’t proceed to the next phase until you’re completely happy with the direction.
Can I purchase furniture directly from your shop?
Yes! Our e-commerce shop features curated furniture and décor pieces available for direct purchase. Design service clients receive priority access to new collections and exclusive pricing. You can also work with us to source custom pieces not available in the shop.
How do you handle budgeting and pricing?
We establish a clear budget range during discovery and work within those parameters. Our design fees are separate from furnishings and implementation costs. We provide transparent pricing, detailed proposals, and regular budget updates throughout the project to ensure there are no surprises.

Absolutely. We serve clients globally through our Virtual Consultation service, and for full-service projects, we travel internationally for key milestones. We’ve successfully completed projects for clients across Africa, Europe, and North America.

Project timelines vary depending on the scope and complexity of each project. Consultations are typically scheduled within 3–5 days, while Styling & Décor projects take approximately 3–6 weeks. Full-Service Design projects generally require 2-3 months, and commercial projects may take 3–6 months. A detailed timeline will be provided during your initial consultation.
